Editorial Policy
This page explains how LuxeNest content gets made, so readers know what to expect from anything published on the site.
Research & Sourcing
Articles are developed using design-industry references, manufacturer and retailer specifications, building and safety guidance where relevant (for example around lighting or storage weight limits), and our own hands-on experience with the projects and layouts we describe.
Writing & Editing
Our editorial team writes and edits every article in-house. Drafts are reviewed for accuracy, clarity and usefulness before publishing. We favor specific, actionable advice over generic encouragement, and we cut content that doesn't earn its place.
Updates & Corrections
Every article shows a published date and, where applicable, an updated date. We revisit older content periodically to fix inaccuracies, update pricing or availability references, and improve advice that's aged poorly. If you believe something we've published is incorrect, please contact us — we take corrections seriously and will review and fix genuine errors.
Images
LuxeNest currently illustrates articles with original, in-house illustrated artwork rather than stock photography, so every image is unique to the site rather than recycled from a stock library. Alt text describes the scene each image represents.
Independence
LuxeNest does not accept payment for favorable coverage, and we don't publish sponsored posts disguised as independent editorial. If that ever changes for a specific piece of content, it will be clearly labeled.
